The Everything Geek Podcast is DELIGHTED to announce that writer/filmmaker/producer/director/editor/actor Tom Sylla is the next writer/filmmaker/producer/director/editor/actor we’re confirming for a celebrity guest interview on the podcast!
Tom is best known as the voice of Battle Droid Commander OWO-1 and a Security Battle Droid Corporal in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace, Horton Salm in Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi and the Massassi Outpost Announcer and Cantina scene background growls and grunts in Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. His other acting roles include Coroner in Scout. Tom’s behind the scenes credits include the Director, Writer and Editor on No Return, a Producer on Closed Circuit and Walk the Plank, Assistant Visual Effects Editor on Joe Versus the Volcano and a Writer on Vanishing Son. Tom also worked for Lucasfilm and Industrial Light and Magic on the likes of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Ghostbusters II, Back to the Future Part III and The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles.
