Lance is best-known for playing the Black Bearded Wolf in The Walking Dead. His other notable roles include Aces Over Eights in The Originals, Sergei in One Tree Hill, Doug in The Family, Head Nomad in Into the Badlands, Vic in Burn Notice, Lucasz Gregorie in Chicago P.D, Hessian Soldier in Sleepy Hollow and a Dealer in NCIS: New Orleans.
