We’re officially celebrating three years of the Everything Geek Podcast tomorrow.
Here’s a list of what we’ll be doing to celebrate this milestone tomorrow:
- Our three year celebrations will begin with a very exciting guest announcement. This interview will be very different and will give us an opportunity to do a different type of interview (a first for us) that we’re looking forward to doing. More details on this may be posted later.
- We’ll be broadcasting our highly anticipated interview with actress Haven Paschall (the voice of Serena in Pokémon). Details on the time it will be taking place will be posted later.
- We’ll be uploading seven new interviews to our YouTube channel: Nika Futterman (voice of Asajj Ventress in Star Wars: The Clone Wars), Steve Coulter (Reg Monroe in The Walking Dead), Neil Bishop (a First Order Flametrooper, a First Order Snowtrooper and a First Order Stormtrooper in Star Wars: The Force Awakens), Rony Bridges (a Starkiller Base Admiral in Star Wars: The Force Awakens), Brett Stanfield (one of Superman’s Soldiers and a Metropolis Paramedic in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice), Kent Wagner (a Walker and a Dying Man in The Walking Dead) and Kate Bristol (voice of Jessica, Astrid and Princess Allie in Pokémon).
- A video we’ve put together of numerous funny moments/bloopers on the podcast.
- Debuting a new intro and outro for the interviews when they go up on our YouTube channel.
- A speech length post from yours truly during the celebration tomorrow (I seem to end up doing these on milestone days).
We recorded the first episode of our Everything Geek Podcast on June 15th 2013. That day we interviewed our first guest (Leif Gantvoort from The Amazing Spider-Man) and discussed a number of topics including Spider-Man, Call of Duty, Halo and other video-games. Since then we’ve continued to interview guests and branched out into discussing lots more topics.
This will be a great opportunity for anyone to listen back to some of the podcasts we’ve uploaded before (or a chance to give us a listen for the first time).
Come Saturday we’ll also be celebrating our 150th full episode. Be sure to tune in for what is bound to be an excellent podcast this Saturday.
