Clive Standen (Vikings, Everest, Hammer of Gods, Doctor Who) has been cast as a younger Bryan Mills in NBC’s upcoming Taken prequel series.
Standen takes on the role played by Liam Neeson in the Taken film series.
The Taken TV series is described as a modern-day prequel to the films. It will show Bryan Mills in the early days of his career learning the skills he will later show as a CIA veteran. Standen’s Mills will start his adventures as a black ops agent in the elite Emergency Covert Action Team.
No estimated air date for the pilot episode has been revealed.
