The first trailer for Star Trek Beyond will reportedly premier with Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens when the latter is released next week.
The Force Awakens will have a large number of film trailers releasing with it. Currently confirmed are trailers for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, X-Men: Apocalypse, The Huntsman’s Winter War and Independence Day: Resurgence, as well as Star Trek Beyond.
Star Trek Beyond is scheduled for release on July 22nd, 2016.

A new trailer for the upcoming DC series Legends of Tomorrow has been released by The CW.
The trailer is captioned “Future Trailer” and can be watched below:
“When heroes alone are not enough… the world needs legends. Legends of Tomorrow begins airing on January 21st, 2016.

Michael Bowen (Lost, Breaking Bad, Kill Bill films, Django Unchained) has been cast as Matches Malone in the on-going second season of Gotham.
A description of the character in the show can be read below:
“One of Gotham’s deadliest killers, Matches Malone is a weathered, philosophical hitman who may be the triggerman behind one of the most important crimes in Gotham’s history.”
Gotham returns on February 29th, 2016.

Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens may be coming out next week, but new figures are continuously being revealed and now even more have been revealed.
The latest figure reveals include a 2-pack of Snap Wexley/Snowtrooper Officer and a single-carded figure of a Hassk Thug. Both are pictured at the top of the article.

Five posters for Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens were recently released showing Rey, Finn, Kylo Ren, Han Solo and Leia Organa. However, other main characters were absent from having their own character posters.
That has changed as Poe Dameron (played by Oscar Isaac) and BB-8 have both been given character posters. You can view both posters at the top of this article.

While details on Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and Episode VIII are still scarce, rumoured details on the Stormtroopers in both films have been revealed.

“The black Stormtroopers with the silver eyepieces are in the movie.” This is referring to the Shadow Troopers that featured in the new Battlefront video-game.
For Episode VIII:
“It appears that the First Order Stormtroopers will be making a return in Episode VIII. Early reports state that the changes are fairly small like ‘the differences between the Stormtroopers from Empire Strikes Back to Return of the Jedi.'”
With just a week to go until the release of Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens, Lucasfilm and Disney have released a new behind the scenes featurette for the film.
The featurette is titled “Legacy” and was originally released at the Comic Con Experience in Brazil.
