A couple of new photos have revealed a detailed look at The Batcave that will be seen in this years’ Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
Details that have already been released on the new Batcave include that it’s the only part of Wayne Manor that hasn’t fallen “into disrepair, crumbled in ruins.”
Ben Affleck (Bruce Wayne/Batman) had the following to say on the tech his Batman will use to keep up with the other superheroes:
“He represents human beings, mortal men. In a world of Flashes and Aquamen and Supermen, there needs to be that guy. It’s interesting that he became the leader of the Justice League in the books — I’m not sure how that’ll play out here — but his humanity is also an asset.”
Jeremy Irons (Alfred Pennyworth) had the following to add on his Alfred being more hands-on:
“He’s a bit of a grease monkey, and he’s very involved in the decisions Bruce makes.”
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is set for release on March 25th, 2016.

Last year actor Mads Mikkelsen (Hannibal, Casino Royale, The Hunt, The Salvation, the Pusher films) was cast in an unidentified role in Marvel’s Doctor Strange film. Unsurprisingly, Marvel Studios have now revealed that Mikkelsen will be playing the main villain in the movie.
Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige is quoted as saying the following:
“We will take audiences through sort of a guide to the multiverse, other dimensions, and there are amazing things out there — wonders that are going to be hopefully visually extremely interesting and unique to this movie. But there are also very scary things in these other dimensions. [He] believes that the Ancient One is just protecting her own power base and that the world may be better off if we were to allow some of these other things through.”
Marvel’s Doctor Strange film is scheduled to open on November 4th, 2016.

Details on actress Rachel McAdams’ (Sherlock Holmes, True Detective, The Notebook) role in Marvel’s Doctor Strange film have been scarce until now, but Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige has revealed some new details on her character.
Feige is quoted as saying the following:
“Rachel McAdams plays a fellow surgeon that has a history with Strange and is his sort of lynchpin to his old life, once he steps into the role of a sorcerer. She is someone he connects with at the beginning, and reconnects with, and helps anchor his humanity.”
Doctor Strange executive producer Stephen Broussard also had the following to add:
“Rachel McAdams is sort of [Doctor Strange’s] contemporary in the modern-day New York world, before and after he goes on this crazy journey. So, she sees him before, she sees him after. She’s kind of this audience point of view.”
Marvel’s Doctor Strange film is scheduled to open on November 4th, 2016.

In contrast to Marvel’s famous post-credits scenes at the end of their movies, a new rumour has suggested that DC Comics will be connecting their movies in another way.
The rumour suggests that this years’ Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will have a closing credits montage. The montage will lead into the Justice League movie and the montage will be similar in style to the montage Zack Snyder created for the opening credits of his Watchmen movie.
No details on what exactly will be shown in the montage are known.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is set to open on March 25th, 2016.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice production designer Patrick Tatopoulos has stated (following complaints from fans about the latest trailer revealing too much) that there is a larger threat than Doomsday in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
Tatopoulos is quoted as saying the following:
“We are able to tell a story in a fresh way. Doomsday is an evolution essentially. Fans may be aware of ‘The Death of Superman’ story, but this is handled in such a new way. When the film is called Batman v or versus Superman, it really has a lot of levels to the meaning. Superman isn’t just killed off at the end of something. We see how he evolves as part of Lex’s plan to protect the world. Seeing the Superman we know, be gone, and then replaced with this reproduction is really going to make fans think of how we look at these super beings. It was especially interesting to figure out, how would you create Superman from Zod… then how would that evolve into Doomsday. Doomsday isn’t just the final act.”
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is set for release on March 25th, 2016.

Christoph Waltz was the actor tasked with bringing iconic James Bond villain Ernst Stavro Blofeld back to the big screen in last years’ film Spectre (the characters first appearance since 1971’s Diamonds Are Forever). Now it’s being reported that he could be returning in two more Bond films.
However, he will only return if Daniel Craig (the current 007) returns as well.
A quote from The Mirror says the following:
“Christoph could make a brilliant ongoing man for Bond to battle like in the old days. But the important clincher of it is that Blofeld can only work with Daniel back in the role to keep continuity.”
Craig supposedly has one more Bond film in his contract, but it’s unknown yet if he will be part of it.

Rumoured details on character motivations in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story have surfaced online.
“Mads Mikkelsen (Galen appears to be his name) is kind of the key to the film in a way. He is a scientist that took over the Geonosian Death Star project. He solved several of the flaws the Empire could not and is sort of a revered person in the Empire for his contributions. However, Mads Mikkelsen’s character is a Robert Oppenheimer type character. Robert Oppenheimer helped design the atomic bomb only to declare “Now, I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.” The guilt “Galen” feels for his contributions to the Empire become too much and he defects, attempting to make things right. In order to do this, he enlists the help of his only daughter….
Felicity Jones has to undo the devastation her family has unleashed onto the galaxy. Early versions of this character had her as a bounty hunter type of mercenary. But with the familial connections it appears as if this idea might not interface with the final stuff for the character so I’m hesitant to say she’s a bounty hunter/mercenary type in the final iterations of the film. I believe she is probably a scientist type herself in character of the mission to get the plans, added by bounty hunters, in this final iteration. But I could be wrong about that part.”
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is scheduled for release on December 16th, 2016.
