While little is officially known about Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, rumours have begun to heat up on this years’ Star Wars film in the last few weeks. The latest rumour potentially reveals details on the character Jiang Wen (Let the Bullets Fly, Gone with the Bullets, Warriors of Heaven and Earth, Devils on the Doorstep) will be playing the film.
*This is only a rumour and may or may not be accurate. However, if you’re looking to avoid any potential details regarding Rogue One this is your SPOILER alert warning*.
“I’ve learned that Wen’s character is the weapons enthusiast of the group. He’s a first-class gun nut. He’s the kind of character that just as you think he’s exhausted his potential for violence, he pulls another weapon out of his boot (for example). He probably has as many concealed weapons as he does overtly visible ones (if not more).”
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is scheduled for release on December 16th, 2016.
Thoughts on the rumoured details? Are you looking forward to seeing Jiang Wen’s character in action?

Following the rumour that 20th Century Fox have already got a Deadpool sequel in development, a new rumour has indicated that Marvel Comics character Cable will feature in the sequel.
A description of the character is included below for anyone unfamiliar with the character:
“The character of Cable was created by Rob Liefeld and was mostly framed by writers Louise Simonson and Fabian Nicieza who patterned the character after Liefeld’s plots. It wasn’t until much later that Nathan Summers, infant son of Cyclops, and the mercenary visiting from the future were linked as being the same individual.”
No suggestions on which actor will be cast as Cable are known. However, it’s expected that Cable will play a significant role in the sequel (similar to the screen-time Colossus received in this year’s film).
The Deadpool movie opens in US cinemas today.
Thoughts on this rumour? Would you like to see Cable appear in the Deadpool sequel?
Fox’s Deadpool movie has only just been released in cinemas this week and is receiving positive reviews. Therefore, it’s no surprise that a sequel to one of the most anticipated superhero movies is already rumoured to be in development.

No word has been revealed on director Tim Miller returning. However, Deadpool creator Rob Liefeld and Fox themselves have stated that they are keen on bringing the entire crew back.
The Deadpool movie opens in US cinemas today.
