We’ll be announcing our first guest from The Vampire Diaries spin-off The Originals.
This actor played a supporting character in the show and has also been in notable other geeky TV shows. He’s also currently working on another geeky project in a non-acting capacity.

The first look image from the Batman: The Killing Joke animated movie has been revealed.
The image (which can be viewed at the top of this article) was tweeted by actor Mark Hamill. Hamill and fellow actor Kevin Conroy will reportedly be reprising their roles of The Joker and Bruce Wayne/Batman again for the movie. Tara Strong will voice Barbara Gordon/Batgirl and Ray Wise will voice Commissioner Gordon.
Batman: The Killing Joke will premiere at this years’ San Diego Comic-Con. It will then be released in stores later in the summer.

David Koepp (Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, Jurassic Park, The Lost World: Jurassic Park, Spider-Man, Mission: Impossible, War of the Worlds) has signed on to write the screenplay for Indiana Jones 5. Koepp is a long-time collaborator of Steven Spielberg’s.
When he wrote the script for Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, Koepp was working off a story treatment from Indiana Jones co-creator George Lucas. It’s likely that Koepp will be working from scratch for the fifth instalment of the franchise.
No details on the plot are currently known.
Indiana Jones 5 is scheduled for release on July 19th, 2019.

Following months of rumours that other Justice League members will be appearing in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, it has been confirmed that The Flash and Cyborg will appear in small roles in the film.
Entertainment Weekly’s Anthony Breznican is quoted as saying the following:
“There are other characters, like Aquaman, The Flash, and Cyborg who turn up in kind of smaller roles, more cameo oriented.”

Diane Prince’s occupation in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has been revealed.
The details on her occupation were revealed by the Wonder Woman Brazil Instagram account- who posted a picture of the packaging for a bust based on the character. The details can be read below:
“The world’s first and foremost female Super Hero, Wonder Woman at once embodies the unrivaled force and supreme grace of a born warrior, and the genuine compassion and understanding of a true humanitarian. The teaser focuses on the relationship of Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano, showcasing many of their exploits and emotional scenes from the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series- ending with a stand-off between Ahsoka and Darth Vader and a new line of dialogue from the latter.

Fox has officially renewed their on-going Gotham series for a third season.
The announcement was made by series lead Ben McKenzie (Jim Gordon) on Twitter this week.
“Jim Gordon is a rising detective in corrupt Gotham City, where his late father was a successful district attorney. Brave, honest and determined to prove himself, Jim hopes to return the city to the glamorous, purer version he remembers as a child. He and his partner, legendary Detective Harvey Bullock, must navigate the dirty politics of Gotham’s justice system, even as they tackle a high-profile case, the murder of billionaires Thomas and Martha Wayne. Gordon becomes a friend to their young orphan, Bruce.”
