Ray Fisher’s Cyborg will reportedly be showing up in DC’s upcoming The Flash movie, starring Ezra Miller (The Perks of Being a Wallflower, We Need to Talk About Kevin).
Executive producer Deborah Snyder is quoted as saying the following:
“David Ayer’s Suicide Squad has such an amazing, brash tone. It’s fun and it’s about the villains, and it’s super-different than Patty Jenkins’ Wonder Woman, which is an origin story and tells her story. As you can imagine, when we get to the Flash movie, Ezra Miller and Ray Fisher — who plays Cyborg — are kind of our youngest characters, and they have a really nice comradery with each other. Ezra is super funny, so the tone of that film will be very different than the rest of them.”
The Flash movie will be released on March 23rd, 2018.

You can watch the trailer below:
A description of the film from WB Animation can be read below:
“Fighting crime is a full-time job and Batman NEVER takes a vacation. That is until he finally agrees to let Batgirl and Nightwing take him on a long overdue trip – leaving Gotham City under the watchful eye of the Justice League in LEGO® DC Comics Super Heroes – Justice League: Gotham City Breakout.
When Batgirl and Nightwing take Batman on a trip down memory lane – literally – to visit one of the key mentors from his formative years, it’s up to the Justice League to keep Gotham City crime-free. But neither situation proves to be a “vacation” as the Bat trio encounters old nemeses on their adventure, and the Justice League discovers just how busy Batman is on a regular basis. It’s a brick-tastic battle on two fronts as Batman, Batgirl and Nightwing take on Bane and Deathstroke, while the Justice League – with some help from a few Teen Titans – fends off an assault by many of Batman’s infamous adversaries to ensure Gotham City’s safety.”
An official release date is yet to be announced. Sam Register executive produces the film, with supervising producer Brandon Vietti and a script by Jim Krieg. Troy Baker, Nolan North, and Khary Payton all return to the voice cast, with Sarah Hyland lending her voice, as well.

You’ll be able to hear Negan’s f-bombs in all of their glory later this year.

Showrunner Scott Gimple is quoted as saying the following:
“The world opened up this half season and opened up to some dark places. In the next half season, the world is gonna open up even more and we are going to have a wide variety of locales and a wide variety of tone and of character. I’m very excited for all of the different stories that are going to be told. There will be a lot of different stories told.
There’s going to be the biggest variety of stories we’ve had yet. Things are, of course, I can say without spoiling anything – things are going to start off very, very, very dark because everybody knows where we’re starting. But that won’t be the whole season. It’s not going to be darkness upon darkness upon darkness. I’m very excited for all of the individual characters’ journeys except for the way we start which will be awful.”
The seventh season of The Walking Dead will begin airing later this year.

The official title of Marvel’s upcoming Spider-Man reboot has reportedly been revealed.
The film is reportedly titled Spider-Man: Homecoming. The report stems from Sony Pictures buying a domain name which suggests that this is the title of the film. The domain name reads as: SpiderManHomecomingTheMovie.com.
While it may sound like a strange title, fans should keep in mind that this possible title would be appropriate for a number of reasons:
Helps to reinforce the high school theme that Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures have already stated they’re going to heavily focus on.
It could be a nod to Spider-Man ‘coming home’ to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
It shares the same title as a Spider-Man storyline in the 1980’s that featured The Avengers.
Marvel’s Spider-Man film is scheduled for release on July 7th, 2017.

A new filming location for Star Wars Episode VIII is rumoured to have been revealed.
Recent reports have indicated that the Star Wars Episode VIII production would be returning to Ireland this year, but this rumour has highlighted the location in Ireland that will be used for more scenes. The English Market in Cork City is supposedly being prepared for Star Wars production.
However, the scenes shot in the market will supposedly be on a different planet to Ach-To (the planet Rey meets Luke Skywalker on at the end of Star Wars: The Force Awakens).
The source of this news also says the following:
“We believe that this setting looks like it might be the first Irish location which will not be used for Ahch-to. It is more likely that it will become a part of the world created in Dubrovnik. The Cork shoot is rumoured to be taking place in the last week in April, with 100 crew members moving into Cork. Sections of the market will be closed off for set design purposes, but when production starts, the entire market will be closed to the public.
What’s even cooler is that not only are the local traders getting compensated for the time their stalls will be closed, but some of them are actually being given roles as extra’s in the market!”
Star Wars Episode VIII is scheduled for release on December 15th, 2017.
Thoughts on this rumour? Are you excited about the possibility of seeing this location in Star Wars Episode VIII?
