More details on Batman (Ben Affleck)’s role in the Suicide Squad movie have reportedly been revealed.
The details concern the characters that Affleck’s Batman will be sharing screen-time with. It states that he won’t interact with the entire squad but will have emotional moments with some members of the team.
*If you’re looking to avoid any possible details regarding Suicide Squad this is your SPOILER ALERT warning.*

The source states:
“Batman News can confirm that Batman does not cross the path of the entire team in Suicide Squad. He has a scene with Will Smith’s Deadshot, and without getting too specific, it’s sure to be an emotional one!
Next is the car scene that we saw in the trailers with Batman, The Joker, and Harley Quinn. Unfortunately there isn’t much interaction between Batman and the Joker here. It’s mostly between Batman and Harley. A report came out last summer that said the Joker’s car plunges into the water, and as we saw in the latest trailer, it does and Batman gets Harley out safely.
Lastly, there’s one more scene involving Batman and Deadshot in the form of a flashback.”
The Suicide Squad movie is scheduled for release on August 5th, 2016.

Stephens said:
“We’ll be seeing Mad Hatter in Season 3. We’ll be seeing the Tweedle Brothers, too, if we’re going to bring the Hatter in. In line with the Court of Owls, we’ll be seeing Talon. And, we should be seeing Solomon Grundy.”
The Mad Hatter was teased a few times during the course of the second season. Talon is a member of the Court of Owls and a logical inclusion given their recent introduction on the show.
The third season of Gotham will begin airing later in the year on Fox.

Executive producer Dave Filoni will be screening the first two episodes in the third season of the Star Wars: Rebels animated series at Star Wars Celebration Europe in July.

“Still recovering from the epic Star Wars Rebels Season Two finale? Feel like you have more questions than answers about what the future holds for the crew of the Ghost? Fear not! Filoni also tweeted the following:
I'm looking forward to seeing you all at #SWCE 2016! And remember, there's always a bit of truth in legends. pic.twitter.com/auc6HDDAx1
The line “There’s always a bit of truth in legends” was uttered by Ahsoka Tano in the second season finale episode “Twilight of the Apprentice”. The book pictured in the tweet is Timothy Zahn’s Heir to the Empire. This could mean that Filoni could be confirming a rumour from earlier this year.
Star Wars Celebration Europe will be taking place from July 15th-17th at the ExCeL London Exhibition Centre in London, England.

Filming of Star Wars Episode VIII in Ireland has wrapped up. Production on the film had temporarily moved to Ireland earlier in the year and filming had been taking place for a few weeks.
The first time Ireland was used for shooting a Star Wars film was for the final scene in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The film ended with Rey finding Luke Skywalker on the planet Ahch-To and the scene was shot on Skellig Michael. It’s assumed that the filming on Ceann Sibéal and Malin Head was for more scenes on Ahch-To.
A wrap party was held on Wednesday for the cast and crew. Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker), Daisy Ridley (Rey) and over 300 others who participated celebrated at the Foxy John’s pub in Dingle.
RTÉ reports:
“Those attending the private function witnessed Ridley, who plays the role of Rey in Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens, go behind the counter to pull a few pints for her colleagues. Mark Hamill, who plays Luke Skywalker, also dropped in to celebrate the end of the three-week shoot in Ireland. The 64-year-old was driven to the pub on Main Street in a blacked-windowed SUV.”

Carrie-Anne Moss (Jessica Jones) will be reprising her role of Jeri Hogarth from Jessica Jones for Marvel’s currently filming Iron Fist series.
Iron Fist is the last solo Marvel series on Netflix before the team up mini-series called The Defenders. The Defenders will star Daredevil (Charlie Cox), Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), Luke Cage (Mike Colter) and Iron Fist (Finn Jones).
Jeri Hogarth is a gender-swapped version of Jeryn Hogarth from the comics. In the comics Jeryn is more closely associated with Iron Fist than the other heroes, so Jeri making an appearance in Iron Fist makes sense. Hogarth started out as a friend of Wendell Rand, Danny’s father, before becoming the lawyer for “Heroes for Hire,” the superhero business that Danny and Luke ran together.
Head of Marvel TV Jeph Loeb said:
“Carrie-Anne has fast become a fan-favorite part of our street level saga, and we share our viewers’ excitement in bringing her into Marvel’s Iron Fist. As Marvel fans know, Hogarth in the comics plays a critical role in the life of Danny Rand, so it seems only fitting that Carrie-Anne join in.”
Showrunner and executive producer Scott Buck added:
“Danny Rand lives in the highest stratosphere of New York’s business society and he’s going to need a ruthless lawyer to help him navigate this alien world. I’m very happy to have the opportunity to bring Carrie-Anne Moss as Jeri Hogarth into Marvel’s Iron Fist.”
Iron Fist will mark the third appearance of Moss/Jeri Jogarth in the Marvel/Netflix universe. Following her supporting role in Jessica Jones she also appeared in the Daredevil Season 2 finale episode “A Cold Day in Hell’s Kitchen”.
“In “Marvel’s Iron Fist,” Danny Rand returns to New York City after being missing for years, trying to reconnect with his past and his family legacy. He fights against the criminal element corrupting his world around him with his incredible kung-fu mastery and ability to summon the awesome power of the fiery Iron Fist.”
The Iron Fist series is expected to debut on Netflix sometime in 2017.
