The official reveal trailer for Battlefield 1 has been released.
You can watch the reveal trailer below:
A press release from EA to accompany the trailer reads as follows:
“You look into the distance and see planes torn apart by gunfire, their debris raining down over London. In war-torn France to the east, horrible armored tanks tear holes in walls as they roll through crumbling cities. To the south, past the burning Italian coast, men charge over the sand dunes of the Arabian Desert, armed to the teeth with the most powerful weaponry the world has ever seen. This is what the dawn of all-out war looks like, and it’s Only in Battlefield 1.
Battlefield 1 is releasing worldwide on October 21, 2016 for Xbox One, Origin on PC, and PlayStation 4 but you’ll be able to get your hands on it much sooner.
With Battlefield 1 we set out to create some of the largest, most dynamic battles in FPS history while continuing to tap into what fans love most about the franchise. One of the things that makes World War I such an amazing era is just how advanced it really was. Almost everything that you know about the conflicts of the next century, from the massive battles across land, air and sea, to the powerful and efficient weaponry, is there. Tanks, planes, machine guns, artillery – a lot of the tech you’ve used in other Battlefield games was perfected during this era, letting the classic Battlefield DNA shine through.
You’ll be able to join in massive 64-player battles and experience unexpected Only in Battlefield moments in a setting where the old world was destroyed, giving way to the new one. We’re turning destruction up a few notches too, so expect some surprises when you hit the battlefield.
If you’re eager to go hands-on with Battlefield 1 you won’t have to wait too long. During the EA Play events on June 12 in Los Angeles and London, we’ll reveal the first gameplay footage and let attendees try the game for themselves. Register and make your way to those events, and you’ll be able to play the game before pretty much anyone else.”
Battlefield 1 is scheduled for release on October 21st, 2016.

The first look at an upcoming McFarlane Toys collectible based on AMC’s The Walking Dead has been revealed. The collectible, similar to one released a couple of years ago, includes fan-favourite character Daryl Dixon and a motorcycle.
However, the motorcycle included is the new motorcycle he obtains at the Alexandria Safe-Zone. The previous set included Daryl and his old motorcycle.
An official description of the collectible reads as follows:
“Daryl Dixon is a skilled hunter, fighter, tracker, and mechanic whose talents have made him one of the most valuable individuals to the group, and allow him to build and maintain his own motorcycles. Daryl first sported a custom chopper which belonged to his brother, but has since lost it when the prison was overrun. In Season 5, now with access to a garage full of parts in Alexandria, Daryl has modified a brand new bike to suit his scouting and independent lifestyle.”
The pack includes the new bike, Daryl’s signature crossbow and a knife. Daryl’s likeness is taken from 3D scans of actor Norman Reedus. The pack is in the 5-inch scale, will hit stores in September and will be priced at $34.99 in the US.
The seventh season of The Walking Dead will begin airing in October.

The seventh season of AMC’s popular The Walking Dead series has officially begun production.
The announcement was made by zombie make-up guru and executive producer Greg Nicotero via Instagram. The image posted teases that it’s the start of the cast and crew’s seventh year together in Georgia.
Nicotero directed the premiere and finale episodes last season (as well as the mid-season premiere and “Not Tomorrow Yet”). It’s likely the crew will want to keep this trend going and let Nicotero finish the story he started in last season’s finale.
The seventh season of The Walking Dead will begin airing in October.
