EGP Website Article Image 1505

A new featurette for Marvel Studios’ upcoming Doctor Strange movie has been released.

You can watch the featurette below:

Executive producer Stephen Broussard had the following to say in the featurette:

“One of the things that’s important to us in telling a magical story is keeping it grounded but still leaving enough room to have really cool, unique visual ideas to explore.”

In addition, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige had the following to add:

“How do you put that on a screen within this cinematic universe? That is one of the primary goals of that movie.”

Finally, director Scott Derrickson described the film in the following way:

“Where it was all about mind expansion and doors of perception and seeing things from a new perspective. We get to go with Stephen Strange through his experience of the new, and hopefully, it’ll give audiences something that’s new for them as viewers. Traditionally when you think about practitioners of sorcery, they tend to be static in the casting and speaking of spells, and then something odd happens that become the spectacle that you watch. It’s just more immersive and bigger than the characters. What you can expect from this Doctor Strange movie is a mind trip action film.”

The Doctor Strange movie is scheduled for release on November 4th, 2016.

Thoughts on the featurette? Are you looking forward to the release of the Doctor Strange movie?

Report- The Big Bang Theory Cast Willing to Continue Beyond Season 10

EGP Website Article Image 1495

Having recently hit its 200th episode milestone and nearing the end of its ninth season, the minds of The Big Bang Theory fans are beginning to turn towards its tenth season- which is said to be the final season of the show. However, cast members have said they’re willing to continue beyond the tenth season should CBS decide to continue the show.

Kaley Cuoco (Penny) is quoted as saying the following when asked if next season will be her last:

“No. I think it’s a given that we want to be here. That’s the overall consensus. It might be a sticky road, but if I have anything to do with it, we’d be here for much longer. That’s the goal.”

Jim Parsons (Sheldon Cooper) had the following to add:

“If the opportunity to go past Season 10 came up, I’d be very hard-pressed to tell you who [among the cast] might say no — if anybody would. I wouldn’t. I’m trying to imagine when an actor in a good situation would go, ‘I’m out of here. I don’t think it would be between Seasons 10 and 11 — not if things are going well.”

The Big Bang Theory has hit its peak with viewer ratings, and with the cast and audience still so invested in the show, it would only make sense for the show to continue for more seasons. We’ll have to wait and see what the showrunners and CBS decide to do.

Thoughts on this report? Would you like to see The Big Bang Theory continue beyond its confirmed ten seasons?
