Batman v Superman- Michael Shannon Reveals New Details

EGP Website Article Image 187

Michael Shannon has been in the headlines with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice quite a bit recently. Last month, he got a lot of people speculating when he said he had worn flipper hands on the set of the film. However, he later revealed that he was joking about the hands and being on set but did confirm that he did voice-work for the film.

Now Shannon has revealed new details on his appearance in one of 2016’s most anticipated films:

“The pressure that I’m under in this situation sometimes leads me to say silly things like Zod has flippers. It was a false red herring, as it were.”

“It’s the same thing like in the first one with Jor-El. Russell Crowe’s character is kind of like a ghost. So I guess I’m a ghost, kind of.”

Shannon also confirmed that he doesn’t have any scenes with Batman in the film.

If he is indeed playing a ghost (which would likely be his character Zod in Man of Steel), it’s possible Zod could appear as a ghost haunting Superman.

The Big Bang Theory- First Look at Leonard and Penny’s Wedding

It’s been a long time coming, but finally the vows will be made between Leonard Hofstadter and Penny in The Big Bang Theory Season 9 as new photos have revealed.

Even though they set off to get married in last season’s finale (given how many twists and turns have featured in their relationship on the show) it was still possible they might break it off. However, the new photos confirm that they will indeed tie the knot.

Showrunner Steve Molaro said the following to The Hollywood Reporter:

“I think when you see the premiere, you will feel that it’s satisfying. There’s a really special moment, despite all of the things that are happening, that I think makes Leonard and Penny — and especially their vows — truly a magical moment that I’m really excited about.”

The Big Bang Theory Season 9 premiers on September 21st.
